Have The Rapture In Focus
 
“자녀들아 이제 그의 안에 거하라 이는 주께서 나타내신 바 되면 그가 강림하실 때에 우리로 담대함을 얻어 그 앞에서 부끄럽지 않게 하려 함이라”(요일 2:28)
 
교회의 휴거가 그 어느때보다 가까이 왔습니다. 우리는 주님이 재림하시기 전 종말의 때 혹은 마지막 “표적의 때”에 살고 있습니다. 그러므로 당신이 그분을 위해 준비되는 것은 중요합니다. 데살로니가전서 4:16-17은 “그리스도 안에서” 죽은 자들이 먼저 일어나고 그 후에 살아남은 자들도 그분과 함께 끌어 올려져 공중에서 주님을 영접하게 된다고 말합니다.
 
그렇다면 당신은 그리스도 안에 있습니까? 만일 당신이 그리스도 안에 있다면, 주님이 재림하실 때 영접할 많은 사람들 중 한 명입니다. 그러나 당신이 그리스도 안에 있지 않다면, 즉시 당신의 삶에 대한 그분의 주되심을 고백함으로 그리스도께 당신의 심령을 드려야 합니다. 성경은 말합니다. “이와 같이 그리스도도 많은 사람의 죄를 담당하시려고 단번에 드리신 바 되셨고 구원에 이르게 하기 위하여 죄와 상관 없이 자기를 바라는 자들에게 두 번째 나타나시리라”(히 9:28).
 
사도행전 1:9-11은 예수님의 승천에 대해 우리에게 알려줍니다. 제자들이 그분이 공중에 떠오르는 모습을 경외하며 바라볼 때, 두 천사가 나타나 그들에게 말했습니다. “… 너희 가운데서 하늘로 올려지신 이 예수는 하늘로 가심을 본 그대로 오시리라 하였느니라”(행 1:11). 이것이 우리가 전 세계에 복음을 전하는 이유입니다. 전 세계가 교회의 휴거가 임박했음을 알아야 합니다. 주님은 곧 오십니다.
 
그분은 요한복음 14:3에서 말씀하셨습니다. “… 내가 다시 와서 너희를 내게로 영접하여 나 있는 곳에 너희도 있게 하리라.” 사도 베드로는 주님의 재림과 재림에 앞서 일어날 일들을 언급하며 이렇게 말했습니다. “그러나 주의 날이 도둑 같이 오리니 그 날에는 하늘이 큰 소리로 떠나가고 물질이 뜨거운 불에 풀어지고 땅과 그 중에 있는 모든 일이 드러나리로다 이 모든 것이 이렇게 풀어지리니 너희가 어떠한 사람이 되어야 마땅하냐 거룩한 행실과 경건함으로”(벧후 3:10-11).
 
휴거에 초점을 맞추십시오. 매일 주님을 기다리는 자로서 그분의 재림을 항상 심령에 지니고 살아가십시오. 사랑 안에서 행하십시오. 의 안에서 행하십시오. 그리고 스스로 준비되는 동안 당신 주변의 사람들도 준비되도록 그들에게 하나님의 말씀을 전하고 가르치십시오.
 
기도
나는 영 안에서 깨어 있고, 선한 일에 열정적이며, 주님의 사랑과 그분의 말씀과 곧 있을 그분의 재림에 대한 기대로 동기부여 됩니다. 나는 복음이 믿는 모든 자에게 구원을 주시는 하나님의 능력이라는 것을 완전히 확신합니다. 나는 영혼구원을 위해 살아가기로 결단합니다. 오늘 이 영광스러운 복음이 전 세계에 전해질 때 많은 사람들이 어둠의 왕국에서 하나님의 아들의 영광스러운 자유 안으로 들어오게 됩니다. 할렐루야!

HAVE THE RAPTURE IN FOCUS
 
And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming (1 John 2:28).
 
The rapture of the Church is closer than ever. We’re in the closing moments or final “times of the signs” before the Lord’s appearing. It’s important that you’re ready for Him. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 says the dead “in Christ” shall rise first, and those who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them to meet the Lord in the air.
 
The question is: are you in Christ? If you are, then you’re one of the many the Lord is coming to receive unto Himself. If, however, you’re not, you have to give your heart to Christ right away, by confessing His Lordship over your life.
The Bible says, “...Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation” (Hebrews 9:28).
 
Acts 1:9-11 tells us about His ascension into heaven. While the disciples stood, gazing in awe as He levitated, two angels appeared to them and said, “This same Jesus, who has been received from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven” (Acts 1:11). This is the reason we’re preaching the Gospel around the world. The whole world needs to know that the rapture of the Church is imminent; the Master is coming soon.
 
He said in John 14:3, “…I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.” The Apostle Peter, referring to the day of the Lord and the events that’ll herald His coming, said, “But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness” (2 Peter 3:10-11).
 
Have the rapture in focus. Live every day as one expecting the Master; carry that consciousness in your heart at all times. Walk in love. Walk in righteousness. And while you’re getting yourself ready, help those around you to get ready as well by preaching and teaching them God’s Word.
 
PRAYER
I’m awake and alert in the spirit, fervent in good works, being propelled by the Master’s love, His Word, and my expectation of His soon return. I’m fully convinced that the Gospel is God’s saving power to everyone who believes; I’m resolute in my pursuit for the souls of men. Today, as this glorious Gospel is preached around the world, many are snatched out of the kingdom of darkness into the glorious liberty of the sons of God, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
