We Give Vent To His Will
“범사에 헤아려 좋은 것을 취하고”(살전 5:21)
하나님의 영은 사도 바울을 통해 로마서 12장에서 매우 놀라운 사실을 알려주십니다. “너희는 이 세대를 본받지 말고 오직 마음을 새롭게 함으로 변화를 받아 하나님의 선하시고 기뻐하시고 온전하신 뜻이 무엇인지 분별하도록 하라”(롬 12:2) 어떻게 하면 마음을 새롭게 할 수 있습니까?
당신의 사고방식을 바꾸는 것입니다. 당신의 생각을 하나님의 생각으로 바꾸십시오. 그렇게 할 때 당신은 하나님의 선하시고 기뻐하시고 온전하신 뜻이 무엇인지 “증명”할 수 있게 됩니다.
“증명하다”라는 단어는 영어로 번역될 경우, 성령님이 전달하시고자 하는 의미를 모두 담지는 못 합니다. 이는 헬라어로 “도키마조(dokimazo)”이며 검사하거나 면밀히 조사한다는 뜻입니다. 어느 국가의 입국항에 있는 세관의 활동과 같은 것입니다. 탑승객을 면밀히 조사하며, 삼엄한 경비체제일 경우에는 정교한 기기를 사용하여 의심스러운 물품들을 이미지로 전달합니다. 그러면 해당 여행자의 입국을 허가 또는 거부할 지 판단할 수 있습니다.
이제 당신은 아버지의 선하시고 기뻐하시고 온전하신 뜻과 일치하는 것만을 면밀히 살펴본 후 당신의 세상에 받아들이기로 결정한 사람입니다. 우리는 하나님의 의로운 사람들이므로 잘 이해할 수 있습니다. 우리는 그분의 영광을 드러냅니다. 우리는 그분의 뜻을 나타냅니다. 이것이 우리의 부르심입니다. 할렐루야!
마태복음 16:19에 있는 주님의 말씀을 기억하십시오. “… 네가 땅에서 무엇이든지 매면 하늘에서도 매일 것이요 네가 땅에서 무엇이든지 풀면 하늘에서도 풀리리라 하시고” 당신이 땅에서 무언가에 대해 허락하거나 허락하지 않는다면, 하늘은 당신이 한 말을 지지하며 권세를 줍니다.
의식적으로 그리고 열정적으로 악한 일을 거절하고 당신의 나라, 몸, 가정, 직장, 주변에서 허락하지 마십시오. 당신의 세상에는 오직 왕국의 신성한 실재만 들어오도록 하십시오. 이는 당신의 마음을 새롭게 하거나 변화시키는 것으로부터 시작됩니다.
새로운 마음으로 당신의 삶과 환경에서 오직 하나님의 생각, 의, 사랑, 친절, 기쁨과 평안만을 생각하고, 허락하고, 나타내게 될 것입니다. 할렐루야!
기도
사랑하는 아버지, 나는 변화를 일으키는 말씀의 능력에 나 자신을 내어드려 항상 당신의 완벽한 뜻을 분별하고 그 가운데 행하게 되었습니다. 나는 이 땅에서 당신의 대리자로써 당신의 완전한 뜻에 일치하는 것들만 이 세상에 있도록 허락하며 당신의 목적에 어긋나는 것은 무엇이든지 단호하게 거절합니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

WE GIVE VENT TO HIS WILL
"But test and prove all things [until you can recognize] what is good; [to that] hold fast"(1 Thessalonians 5:21 AMPC).
In Romans chapter 12, the Spirit of God, through the apostle Paul lets us in on something absolutely remarkable. He says, “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God” (Romans 12:2). How do you renew your mind?
It’s by changing your way of thinking; exchanging your thoughts for God’s thoughts. And when that happens, you’ll be able to “prove” the good, the acceptable and the perfect will of God.
The English rendering of the word “prove” doesn’t give us the best expression of what the Spirit conveys in that verse. The Greek word is “dokimazō”; and it means to examine or scrutinize. It parallels the activities at the custom service section at the entry port of any country. Passengers are scrutinized, and in high-alert cases, sophisticated machines are used to provide animated images of suspicious items. At that moment, the traveller’s eligibility is ascertained either for entry or denial into that country.
Now, you’re God's man or woman who decides, after scrutinizing, to allow only things that are consistent with the good, the acceptable and perfect will of the Father to come into your world. This is easy to understand because we are His righteous ones; we give vent to His glory; we give vent to His will. It's our calling. Hallelujah!
Recall the words of the Master in Matthew 16:19: “…whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” When you disallow or permit something on earth, heaven gives the authority and backs what you’ve said.
Consciously and vehemently refuse the works of evil and forbid them in your nation, in your body, family, job and around you. Allow only the divine realities of the Kingdom into your world. It begins with the renewing or transformation of your mind.
With a renewed mind, you’ll think, permit and express only God’s thoughts, His righteousness, love, kindness, joy and peace in your life and your environment. Hallelujah!
PRAYER
Dear Father, I’m yielded to the transforming power of your Word, enabled to discern and walk in your perfect will always. I’m your agent in the earth, allowing only that which aligns with your perfect will to come into this world, and vehemently forbidding anything contrary to your purpose, in Jesus' Name. Amen.
