What’s Revealed In You?

 

“하나님이 그들로 하여금 이 비밀의 영광이 이방인 가운데 얼마나 풍성한지를 알게 하려 하심이라 이 비밀은 너희 안에 계신 그리스도시니 곧 영광의 소망이니라”(골 1:27)

 

그리스도 안에서의 새로운 피조물로서 당신은 단 하나의 본성, 즉 그리스도의 본성을 가지고 있습니다. 당신의 재창조된 인간의 영은 그리스도의 형상과 모양으로 만들어졌습니다. 그러므로 당신은 하는 모든 일에서 항상 그리스도의 본성으로 사십시오.

당신이 말할 때 그리스도의 음성을 들리게 하십시오. 그분의 사랑이 당신의 말과 행동을 통해 흐르게 하십시오. 당신이 오직 은혜롭고 세워주는 말만 할 때, 그분의 지혜와 의가 듣는 사람들의 마음을 압도하게 하십시오. 그분이 당신을 통해 말씀하시도록 하십시오. 그분이 당신의 눈을 통해 보시도록 하십시오. 그분이 당신의 손으로 일하시게 하십시오.

기독교의 진정한 본질은 당신 안에 계신 그리스도이시며, 당신 안에서 그리고 당신을 통해 그리스도께서 그분을 나타내시고 표현하시는 것입니다. 그리스도인은 그리스도의 생명, 본성, 성품, 의를 표현하고, 발산하고, 나타내는 사람입니다.

사랑하는 주님, 나를 축복하시고 당신의 사랑과 의와 당신으로 채워주시니 감사합니다. 나는 온화하고, 오래 참고, 평안하고, 사랑이 많고, 친절합니다. 나는 주님의 지혜, 은혜, 영광, 아름다우심, 사랑을 항상 나타내는 자입니다. 그리스도는 내 안에 계십니다. 주께서 그러하심과 같이 나도 이 세상에서 그러합니다. 예수 이름으로 기도합니다. 아멘.

WHAT’S REVEALED IN YOU?

 

"To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory" (Colossians 1:27).

 

As a new creation in Christ, you only have one nature—the Christ-nature. Your recreated human spirit is made in the image and likeness of Christ. Therefore, in all you do, and at all times, live your Christ-nature.

When you talk, let Christ be heard. Let His love emit and effuse from your words and actions. Let His wisdom and righteousness overwhelm the hearts of your hearers as you speak only gracious and lifting words; let Him talk through you. Let Him see through your eyes. Let Him work with your hands.

The real essence of Christianity is Christ in you, manifesting and expressing Himself in, and through you. The Christian is one who expresses, exudes, and demonstrates the life, nature, character, and righteousness of Christ.

For example, in times of provocations, when you’re offended, what’s revealed in you? You ought to let Christ be revealed in you. In appraising your spiritual growth, one of the things you check is how much your actions, attitude and character express or depict the righteousness or character of Christ.

 

PRAYER

Dear Lord, thank you for blessing me and filling me with your love, righteousness, and indeed, with yourself. I’m gentle, patient, peaceful, loving, and kind. I express your wisdom, grace, glory, beauty, and love always. Christ is in me, and as He is, so am I in this world, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
