Our Place Of Glory And Victory In Him
But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love
wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead
in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ,
(by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up
together, and made us sit together in heavenly
places in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 2:4-6).
Ephesians 1:21 says Jesus Christ is seated in
the place of authority in the heavenly realms,
not just above or near above, but “far” above all
principality and power, every rulership or government,
and the authority by which they govern. The Wuest
Translation says,“…over and above every government
and authority and power and lordship….” Blessed be
God! There’s none like Jesus! He has the supremacy
and dominion over all things.
However, the most beautiful and inspiring part of
it all is our connection to Him in His victory, glory, and
authority. Remember that we’re members of His body;
we’re connected to Him. Read our theme scripture
again and see the connection; it reveals your current
location, your place of glory and victory in Him. You’ve
been raised up together, and made to sit together in
heavenly places, in Christ Jesus.
This therefore means you’re over and above all
principality and power, every rulership or government,
and the authority by which they govern. You have the
supremacy and dominion over all things. It doesn’t
matter where you go in this world, be in charge and
in control. Refuse to be sick. Say “no” to anything that
hurts or binds. You’re not an ordinary person. You’re
superior to Satan, demons and all their influences.
You’re a victor in Christ Jesus, born to reign and
rule over circumstances. Always acknowledge and
affirm who you are, what you have, your connection
with the Lord Jesus Christ, and your place of glory and
victory in Him.
Confession
I'm seated with Christ in the place of authority, over and
above all principality, power, and the rulers of the darkness of
this world! I live in the dominion, victory, and glory of Christ;
my life is the expression of God’s righteousness, and the
manifestation of His wisdom and excellence, now and forever, in
Jesus’ Name. Amen.
